Physical Therapy for Painful Intercourse Related to Pelvic Floor Muscle Dysfunction and Vulvodynia Sofie has made wonderful progress with physical therapy. Her sessions were comprised of various manual therapies applied to her pelvic girdle, spine, hips, perineum, and pelvic floor muscles.
